Eat Clean & Lift Heavy Weights!

I hear all the time how people just can't find time for exercise. My response is usually that if I MAKE time for it, training countless clients and working 60 hour weeks, then you can too. Truth is if you don't have time for exercise, then you will have time for disease.

In the second of guest contributors, a client tells you how she changed her exercise routine, made better food choices, and changed her entire physique. Thanks for allowing me to use your story Dawn Bradstreet!

The pic on the left was the finish line of my 1st marathon in '06. My eating habits back then we're horrible!! I thought since I was training so much for a marathon that I could eat whatever I wanted, and I did. In 2009 I started training with @kevinmanningfitness doing bootcamp classes only. In 2010 I ran my 3rd and last marathon on my 39th birthday. I then started weight training with Kevin. I have learned so much about diet and exercise over the last 5 years. My only regret is that I did not start my fitness journey earlier in life, but I guess it's never too late to get started!
