This class is a combination of all of your favorite modalities of fitness. This high-intensity total body assault will leave you dripping in sweat, but so utterly accomplished. This action-packed class relies heavily on creative movements to challenge you all summer. Each combination of strength, cardio and core work is strategically placed into the class with maximum results in mind. Rain or shine.
