METHOD uses a cutting-edge training style we call APEX. In each 25-minute workout, you’ll focus on different system of fitness. APEX is a unique way of training, and that's putting it lightly. It is a sequence of exercises at :20, :40, and peaking at :60, then moving back down that hill to :40 and :20 again. Think of a crazy, twisted pyramid.
